I’ve been practicing massage therapy for 19 years. First graduating in Louisiana with 760 hours of training, I later relocated to Texas in 2006 to continue my Massage Therapist career. I specialize in Deep Tissue and Sports. I really enjoy the process of improving the daily aches & pains as well as the more complex injuries from leading an active lifestyle. I want to help people keep moving so they can keep on doing the things they love.

Graduating from AMTT (Academy for Massage Therapy Training) in San Antonio, I’ve been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2015. I’m trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue/Trigger-Point and Pre-Natal. I also enjoy incorporating stretch techniques into my practice to help increase the client’s flexibility and range of motion.
