Appointment & Cancellation Policies
Whether an appointment is booked online or over the phone, a credit card imust be on file to hold the appointment.
If a client cancels within 24 hours of their appointment time, they are billed for 50% of their scheduled service(s).
If a client ‘no calls/no shows’, they are billed for 100% of their scheduled service(s).
After two cancellations/no shows, payment is required in advance.
We do not accept cancellations via e-mail.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are valid for two (2) years from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. Although they can’t be exchanged for cash, any unused amount may be enjoyed toward future services within two years of purchase.
Things to Consider
There may be times when it’s best to postpone a massage as it could do more harm than good. If, at any time, you’re unsure about any of the following circumstances, please contact your doctor.
Within 48 hours of a vaccine (flu, tetanus, COVID etc.)
Within 6 weeks of giving birth.
Within 48 hours of an acute injury.
Current fever or infection.
Within 24 hours of starting an antibiotic.
Within 6-8 weeks after major surgery.
Within 1 week of dental procedure.
If you have consumed alcohol.
We are dedicated to providing a safe and clean environment for our clients. We have allowed extra time between clients in order to sanitize the massage table & treatment room. If you are feeling unwell or believe you have been exposed, please stay home.
